We are assembling a premier talent pool of professionals with expertise in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, and M&A support. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, a rigorous understanding of financial statements, and hands-on experience across buy-side and sell-side engagements. We welcome backgrounds from leading advisory, consulting, and audit firms, with exposure to private equity, corporate M&A, or strategic transactions. 

Profile

  • 2–6 years of experience in Transaction Services / Deal Advisory (e.g. Big 4, Fortlane Partners, Rödl&Partner, Mazars, etc.)
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, key performance indicators, and corporate valuation
  • Experience with mid-cap transactions, ideally with a private equity angle
  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills; financial modelling experience is a plus
  • Independent, structured working style and high level of self-motivation
  • Additional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or tax advisor certification are advantageous

Tasks

  • Execution of financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Analysis of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet structure in a transaction context
  • Normalization of working capital and net debt positions
  •  Involvement in company valuations and deal structuring
  • Close collaboration with PE investors, corporates, and advisors
  • Optional: Transition into operational finance roles within portfolio companies or corporates (e.g. M&A, FP&A, controlling, CFO office)
