Profile

  • Work experience in restructuring advisory, operational turnaround or distressed situations
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modelling, balance sheet analysis, cash flow planning
  • Confident in dealing with stakeholders in high-pressure situations
  • Hands-on mentality, decisiveness and strong implementation skills
  • Ideally trained at leading advisory firms (e.g. Big 4, A&M, goetzpartners) or with PE/debt exposure
  • Relevant additional qualifications (CPA, CFA, CTP MBA) are a bonus. 

Tasks

  • Development and implementation of restructuring and turnaround concepts
  • Preparation of restructuring and going concern forecasts (e.g. in accordance with IDW S6)
  • Implementation of measures to secure liquidity and increase operational efficiency
  • Close coordination with shareholders, investors, banks and consultants
  • Participation in distressed M&A processes or refinancing
  • Taking on interim or project roles in special situations
