We are building a dedicated talent pool of private debt professionals with expertise in underwriting, structuring, and monitoring credit investments. Ideal candidates bring strong credit modelling and risk assessment skills, with hands-on experience across leveraged finance, unitranche, or mezzanine transactions. We welcome backgrounds from private debt funds, the credit arms of private equity firms, and structured finance teams, particularly those experienced with mid-market and upper mid-cap borrowers. 

Profile

  • Experience in private debt, leveraged finance, structured finance, or corporate banking
  • Strong knowledge of credit structuring, balance sheet analysis, and financial ratios
  • Confident in handling documentation (LMA standards, term sheets, intercreditor agreements)
  • Strong commercial judgement and risk awareness
  • Ideally experienced in mid-cap transactions, club deals, or sponsor-backed financing
  • Excellent financial modelling skills and confident use of Excel and PowerPoint

Tasks

  • Sourcing, analysis and structuring of private debt transactions (including senior, unitranche, mezzanine)
  • Performing credit assessments and cash flow modelling Structuring covenants, security interests and financing terms
  • Coordinating due diligence, legal and external advisors
  • Ongoing portfolio monitoring including covenant monitoring, amend & extend or workout cases
  • Liaise with PE investors, management and co-lenders
