Join Our Private Markets Investor Talent Pool

We are curating a network of top-tier professionals with expertise in private equity fund selection, portfolio construction, and manager diligence. Ideal candidates combine strong quantitative and qualitative skills with a passion for fund investing. We welcome backgrounds from leading Fund of Funds, secondaries, and multi-manager platforms, with experience evaluating buyout, growth, and venture capital managers.

Profile

  •  2–7 years of experience on the LP side (e.g., fund of funds, pension fund, insurance company, family office, sovereign wealth fund)
  • Alternatively: relevant experience in private markets advisory, placement agents, or consulting firms
  • Strong expertise in fund analysis, portfolio construction, and reporting
  • Sharp analytical mindset with a solid understanding of private markets dynamics and J-curve effects
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage with GPs and internal stakeholders
  • Ideally, familiarity with ESG, ILPA standards, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Solvency II, BVV 2)

Tasks

  • Analysis, selection, and due diligence of private markets funds (primaries, secondaries, co-investments)
  • Quantitative and qualitative assessment of managers, strategies, and track records
  • Contribution to portfolio construction, capital allocation, and performance analysis
  • Support of investment committees and internal decision-making processes
  • Development and maintenance of GP/manager relationships
  • Optional: Transition to the GP side in investor relations, fundraising, or co-investment structures
