We are building a curated talent pool of Private Equity professionals with direct investing experience across buyouts, growth equity, or special situations
Ideal candidates demonstrate a strong track record in deal execution and portfolio value creation. We seek individuals from leading PE firms (lower mid-cap to large-cap), as well as ex-consultants or investment bankers with hands-on private equity experience.
Profile
- Professional experience in private equity, growth capital, direct investment or M&A
- Alternatively: excellent entry-level background in investment banking, strategy consulting or transaction services
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, highly self-motivated
- Experience in financial modelling and business valuation
- Strong entrepreneurial understanding and interest in mid-market business models
- Ideally first deal or Portco experience
Tasks
- Sourcing, analysing and evaluating new investment opportunities
- Commercial, financial and operational due diligence
- LBO modelling, valuation and funding structures
- Investment structuring and negotiation
- Supporting portfolio companies in implementing value-enhancing measures
- Supporting the exit process (e.g. secondary sale, IPO or strategic sale)
