Profile
- 2–6 years of experience at a top-tier management consultancy (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, Strategy&, goetzpartners, etc.)
- Experience in due diligence, restructuring, growth strategy, or performance improvement
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong results orientation
- Confident presence and communication skills at C-level
- Strong academic background and entrepreneurial mindset
- Initial exposure to PE-/M&A-driven projects is a plus
Tasks
- Development and execution of strategic growth, transformation, and value creation programs
- Conducting market analyses, commercial due diligences, and business model reviews
- Supporting M&A projects on both the buy-side and sell-side
- Establishing internal performance steering and control structures in PE portfolio companies
- Taking on project responsibility, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination
- Optional: Transition into an operational role with medium-term leadership responsibility (e.g. Chief of Staff, Business Development Lead, Head of Strategy)
