Our office is located in Frankfurt am Main and serves successful clients especially in German speaking countries, London and Benelux.
YOUR TASKS
- You support the search processes for our clients in the areas of Family Office, Private Equity, Private Debt, Asset Management as well as Corporate & Mittelstand
- Independent project management in executive search (including research and direct approach of candidates, especially in the areas of investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting and transaction services)
- Conducting candidate interviews and creating candidate profiles for presentation to our clients
- Organizing candidate management and supporting candidates throughout the entire recruiting process
- Analysis and research of target companies, organizational structures, market developments and development of recruiting and marketing strategies
- Continuous maintenance and expansion of the network and our database
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed studies
- Ideally first practical work experience in recruiting or personnel consulting
- Business fluent in German and English
- Structured and independent way of working, strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS-Office and social media
- High level of intrinsic motivation and energy
