She structures information, represents us on LinkedIn and ensures that our consultants have more time for what lies at the heart of THRONSBERG: personal exchange.

Her knowledge draws on more than 10 years of executive search experience in the Private Capital sector. In a sense, Thora completes further training every day, as she learns from every project she works on together with our team.

Her responsibilities range from analysing markets and target groups to preparing candidate profiles and client meetings. She works quickly, precisely and with the utmost confidentiality, just as our clients and candidates have come to expect from THRONSBERG. The final assessment, however, is always left to our consultants, because Thora knows it too: Success through people.
