Karl-Heinz holds a diploma and a doctorate in Economics from the University of Augsburg. He started his career as a consultant at Roland Berger. He served as CEO and managing director at various corporates and founded a niche consultancy within the TMT-sector. For several years, he was chairman of the supervisory board of a leading headhunting firm in Germany. He was also a professor of business administration.
On weekends in the summer, Karl-Heinz enjoys creating modern paintings in his garden. In the winter, he likes hiking around mountain lakes in Bavaria. All year long, he is fond of having inspiring discussions.
