Constantin is the founder and managing partner at THRONSBERG and your reliable partner for recruiting in the private capital market. He is responsible for expanding our excellent network involving both candidates and clients, strengthening existing relationships, and raising awareness of our business.
Constantin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in strategic human resources management. He gained his first work experience in the executive search industry within a career excellence network. Before founding THRONSBERG, Constantin worked for a leading international headhunting firm focused on private equity. In his previous role, he successfully co-established the Frankfurt office and built a strong network within the private equity ecosystem.
On the weekend, you will find Constantin exploring museums and architecture in the style of European historicism. Constantin is also a true nature lover and passionate hunter.
