As a Director at THRONSBERG, Ariane is responsible for recruiting specialists and executives in the Professional Services sector. She brings over 20 years of experience in management consulting, executive search, and recruiting, and spent several years in leadership roles as Head of HR in the corporate sector.

Ariane holds a degree in Economics and completed her studies in Berlin and Cambridge (UK).

She understands the recruitment of highly specialized experts and executives from both the consultancy and the corporate perspective. Drawing on her many years of experience as an HR director, she also possesses extensive expertise in talent development, retention strategies, and modern HR management tools. As a result, she not only has an intuitive grasp of the right fit for a vacancy but can also seamlessly navigate the structures of corporate organizations and consulting firms of all sizes. She maintains an extensive network within the consulting industry across Germany.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Sunny, and commutes between Mallorca and Frankfurt. She is a passionate Eintracht Frankfurt fan and can be found in the stadium at every home game.
