We are looking for a Corporate Development / M&A Manager for a PE portfolio company in the extended TMT sector to help shape and drive the strong organic and inorganic growth strategically as well as operationally.
Currently we are exclusively looking for an experienced Corporate M&A / Development Manager (m/f/d) for a very successful PE portfolio company in the extended TMT sector, who will strategically as well as operationally shape and drive the strong organic as well as inorganic growth.
The position works very closely with the management, department heads and the Private Equity Fund. In addition, the exciting, substantive tasks include exit preparation and support as well as the possible promotion to Managing Director of a business unit.
Ideally you bring with you:
- High willingness to perform and intrinsic motivation
- Approximately three to six years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Development or Transaction Services
- IT / Tech / Software / B2B affinity an advantage
