Nico Strott Appointed Managing Partner at Thronsberg Private Capital Recruitment – Merging Private Equity and M&A Expertise with Executive Search

Frankfurt am Main, September 2025 – Thronsberg Private Capital Recruitment, an executive search firm specialized in private capital, announces the appointment of Nico Strott as Managing Partner. Effective September 1, 2025, the experienced investment and strategy expert strengthens the leadership of the executive search boutique, aiming to provide even more targeted support to investors and portfolio companies in filling key leadership positions.

Nico Strott looks back on a successful career at the intersection of investment banking, corporate strategy, and private equity. After starting his career at Deutsche Bank, where he worked in Group Strategy and Corporate M&A, he transitioned into the investment sector. Most recently, he spent seven years at Beyond Capital Partners, a mid-market private equity firm based in Frankfurt.

In his new role at Thronsberg, Strott brings this combined experience in corporate development and the investment business to executive search advisory—with a particular focus on private equity investors, family offices, alternative investments, and portfolio companies.
